Redpill is alchemizing the worlds of live music and virtual reality.

As part of their continued efforts to alchemize the worlds of live music and virtual reality, leading VR company\u00a0Redpill\u00a0<\/strong>has announced three new music livestreaming events in partnership with\u00a0Renaissance Records<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The livestream series, called “Renaissance Engage,” will feature performances by\u00a0Patrice B\u00e4umel<\/strong>,\u00a0Franky Wah<\/strong>, and\u00a0Yotto<\/strong>.\u00a0They will be funneling bespoke, trailblazing DJ sets from their homes straight to viewers’ traditional platforms, but there will be a sneak preview at the end of the show of the actual virtual worlds.<\/p>\n

The new shows follow a successful summer for the \u201cRenaissance Engage\u201d series, which featured scintillating performances from legendary producers\u00a0Hernan Cattaneo<\/strong>,\u00a0Danny Tenaglia<\/strong>, and\u00a0Sasha<\/strong>. Following the second phase’s conclusion, Redpill VR is planning a large-scale virtual festival featuring soon-to-be-announced major artists in the EDM sphere, who will be virtualized into custom avatars in a cutting edge showcase of the latest in live social VR technology.<\/p>\n

“Redpill VR\u2019s mission is to push live music and social experiences into the future, and create new ways for people around the world to connect and experience music,” said\u00a0Isaiah Martin<\/strong>, Chief Magic Officer of Redpill VR.\u00a0“One of our favourite parts of this work is connecting with up and coming talent in electronic music.
